陈梅律师 graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in New York, USA. She holds a doctoral degree in law and is licensed in the state of New York. She is also qualified to practice law in the Eastern District Court, Southern District Court, and Federal Appeals Court, as well as the Third Circuit Court. Chen is a member of the American Immigration Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association. She currently serves as the chief legal advisor for the New York Chinese Community Coalition, the East Coast Anhui Cultural and Educational Association, and the New York Vocalist Research Center.

In 1997, Chen served as the head of the immigration department at Caesar & Napoli Law Firm, and from 1998 to 2005, she handled various immigration cases, particularly those involving domestic violence, real estate, and business transactions at Malman and Goldman, LLC Law Firm. In order to better serve the Chinese community, Chen established her own law firm in Flushing, New York in 2005. In addition to handling various family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and naturalization cases, Chen specializes in domestic violence immigration cases. Over the past decade, she has helped hundreds of foreign nationals who have suffered from domestic violence, including women, children, and male victims, obtain permanent residency in the United States. Moreover, Chen has extensive experience in real estate and business transactions and contracts.

At Chen Law Firm, Chen personally meets with clients and answers each of their questions. Regardless of the size of the case, she personally handles and reviews every form and document.
